Your use of Hai Van's online money transfer services on its domains is subject to the Terms of a legal agreement between you and Hai Van, whose principal address is at 7007 Islington Ave, Unit#17, Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. The following sets forth the Terms of this agreement.

In order to use our online services, you must first agree to the Terms by clicking to indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms when registering.

You may not use our services if (a) you do not accept the Terms, or (b) you are a minor under eighteen(18) years of age.

We provide a translation of this English language version of the Terms in Vietnamese for your convenience only, and that your agreement is with this English language version of the Terms.

We constantly seek ways to improve services that we provide. You acknowledge and agree that we might change the nature of the services or stop temporarily providing the services to you at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.

You acknowledge and agree that if we disable access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing your account and services.

In order to use our services, you are required to provide correct information about yourself as part of the registration process or as part of your continued use of our services. You agree that any registration information you give to us will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

You agree to use our services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law governing money transfer services.

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the services by any means other than through the interface that we provide.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the services).

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that we have no responsibility to you for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which we may suffer) of any such breach.

Our services are fee based, and as such, our fees are subject to change without prior notice. You'll be presented with the fee amount before finalizing your every transaction. The current fee rate can be found in your account's Payment section.

Currently, we accept payments made by INTERACT Email Money Transfer. You are obligated to keep the Security Question and Security Answer found in your account's Payment section secret and only to use them when sending payments to us by INTERACT Email Money Transfer.

The delivery process begins right after we receive your paym?nt. The currency being delivered can be either the sending currency, or in Vietnamese Dong, based on your choice when filling-out the transaction details. You acknowledge and agree that under circumstances where the foreign currency of your choice is not available, we will deliver the equivalent in Vietnamese Dong, based on the day's exchange rate.

Due to the speed of processing and delivery, a transaction can only be cancelled when its status still remain at "Waiting".

A refund can only be made when the recipient can not be reached for delivery.

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with your account, and that you will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
