
1. Is it safe for me to use the online service?
Absolutely! All information are secured using 256 bit SSL (Secure Socker Layer) through GeoTrust® and GoDaddy®
You pay for services by using Interact Email Money Transfer, which is done on your banking's website, so that information that you provide us is minimum and DOES NOT contain your credit cards' information.
2. What is the maximum amount I can send?
Currently there is a limit of $950.00 CAD per day if sending online. There is no limit if sending through our agents.
3. How many ways can I send?
a. Through Our Agents:
Our agents are located across Canada. You can walk-in in person and make a transfer during business hours.
b. Online:
Register for an account at www.haivan.net, and begin sending money right away, 24hrs/day.

4. What's the fast time a transaction can be delivered?
We are famous for our one-hour delivery(counting to the time our delivery personnel departs local delivery branches) from urban to rural areas.
5. How can I obtain a receipt after the money delivered?
a. If through our agents, you'll be notified if requested when the transaction was made
b. If through our online service, you can login make a request after your transaction was complete. We'll initiate the process of scanning and uploading the image for you.
c. If through telephony or E-mail, you can contact us by telephone or email us.
6. What's the transfer fee if I'm using the online service?
$3 + 2%. For example, the fee for sending $500 will be $3 + $10
7. How safe is my information and my receivers'?
We don't provide your information to any third party under our Privacy Act.
8. Can I change my password?
Absolutely! We suggest that you change your password on a frequent basis, at least once a month.
9. Can my recipient receive the transfer in Vietnamese Dong (VND) instead of other foreign currencies?
Yes. You can choose USD, CAD or VND
10. Can I see all of my transactions?
Yes. Login to your account and you'll see all of your transactions. If you're using services provided by our Agents, please call us.
11. Can I pay by Credit Cards?
Currently we only accept payments made by using Interact Email Money Transfer.
12. Do you have agents in the U.S. or Australia?
Currently our network of agents are only in Canada and Vietnam. However, we plan to expand our services internationally.
